When you submit the contact form, the enquiry form or a trade account application, we process the details you provide: name, company, email address, telephone number, licence references and the content of your message. Server log files are recorded when the site is accessed.
We process your data to answer enquiries, to verify licences, to manage trade accounts and to perform contracts. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose concerned and for the statutory retention periods that apply to commercial and pyrotechnic documentation.
